This February Twitchell Corporation in Dothan, Ala., partnered with Dothan Leisure Services to provide a new windscreen for Pitman Baseball Field at the Rip Hewes Athletic Complex.

Rip Hewes Athletic Complex is located on Stadium Drive in Dothan, Ala., and is home to three baseball fields and one football stadium. The stadium seats 10,000 and is used for high school football and other community events. The field is shared by Dothan’s two high schools: Northview and Dothan High.

Rip Hewes Stadium Supervisor, Kenny Thompson, is thankful for Twitchell’s generous donation.

“Dothan Leisure Services is proud to have partnered with Twitchell to provide a very nice windscreen on Pitman Field for our citizens to enjoy,” said Thompson. “We would like to thank Twitchell once again for the donation of their product and their support of our programs.”

Twitchell was honored to give back to the community and help maintain the upkeep of Pitman Field for Dothan residents.

“Twitchell was very happy to assist Dothan Leisure Services with their screen project,” said Twitchell plant manager Drue Pynes.
