Twitchell coated products capabilities include:

Hot melt extrusion coating to a wide variety of incoming substrates.
Slitting both in-line with the coating process and off line.
Sheeting

Width capability:
36"- 86" depending upon resin type and thickness.

Additives used: Can be added from 1% - 25%.

Coating weights: .6 Mil - 20Mil in a single pass depending upon width and resin.
Heavier coating weights can be added utilizing more than one pass.

Laminates: We can coat many different types of substrates. We can also laminate various substrates together utilizing our coating. Base material weight can range from .5oz to 30 oz carpet.

Sheeting: We can sheet these laminates into sheets of 18" - 150" in length.

Slitting / Rewinding: We have off-line slitting that we can slit and batch rolls in widths as narrow as 6" and into rolls as small as 15 lyds.

Narrow Slitting: We are capable of slitting rolls as wide as 50" into cuts as narrow as ½". This type slitting is typically used in tapes and binding applications.
